By You. If you terminate a Subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle unless you are terminating the Agreement for our breach and have so notified us in writing, or unless a refund is required by law.

By DynamicsAMO. DynamicsAMO may limit, suspend, or stop providing the Services to you if you fail to comply with these Terms (such as failure to pay fees when due), or if you use the Services in a way that causes legal liability to us or disrupts others’ use of the Services. DynamicsAMO may also suspend providing the services to you if we are investigating suspected misconduct by you. If we suspend or terminate the Services you receive, we will endeavor to five you advance notice and an opportunity to export a copy of your Content from that Service. However, there may be time sensitive situations where DynamicsAMo may decide that we need to take immediate action without notice. DynamicAMO has no obligation to retain your Content upon termination of the applicable Service.

DYNAMICSAMO DOES NOT GUARENTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME DYNAMICSAMO MAY BRING DOWN THE SERVICE FOR MAINTENANCE OR SAFETY REASONS WITHOUT ADVANCED NOTICE TO YOU.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, THE DYNAMICSAMO SERVICE ISAT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE DYNAMICSAMO SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY DYNAMICSAMO) PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOU’RE USE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF USABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
